Job Description:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
Manage employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution processes in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices and procedures.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Assist in the development and implementation of career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
